Benny is the founder and CEO of Inception. Inception is a leading XR content platform, revolutionizing healthcare and k-12 educational content and curriculums through Rich-XR, advanced pedagogical methodology and sea change technology. Benny is a pioneer in the field of mobile content and marketing. He began his career as an IP lawyer and quickly pivoted to tech. Prior to Inception, Benny was the founder and CEO of myThings, a leading programmatic advertising platform. Before this, he was Associate VP for NASDAQ-100 company Comverse, where he established and ran the mobile content division. He is a seasoned executive and has several additional successful startups under his belt.

How VR is Used to Reduce Hospital Acquired Infection

In the US alone, there are 2M+ Hospital Associated Infections (HAIs), causing 100K deaths per year. Reducing HAIs is a massive challenge. This session explores a collaborative project developed by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Emory University Hospital and InceptionXR aimed at building a VR-based approach for assessing and training nurses in infection prevention and control competencies. The session explores project inspirations and design, as well as its planned deployment in a large number of hospitals over the next 12 months.
