Terms and Conditions

 

Visitor acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer, its employees and contractors may take photographs/videos which could include images of the Visitor while attending the Exhibition (the "Images"). I hereby consent to and grant the Organizer and its affiliates, the unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty free and transferable right and license to use (and grant others the right to use) the Images worldwide without any compensation.

 

Visitor acknowledges that the Organizer is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights in the Images and hereby waives (a) any and all rights in and to such Images, and (b) any and all claims the Visitor may have relating to or arising from the Images or their use.

 

No waiver by the Organizer of any of the provisions of these rules and regulations or of any of its rights hereunder shall have effect unless given in writing and signed by any Director of the Organizer.

 

The Organizer reserves the right to alter the content and timing of the Agenda in the best interest of the Conference and is not responsible for the cancellation or substitution of any speakers due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for statements made orally or in written material distributed by any speaker at the Conference. In addition, the Organizer is not responsible for any copying, republication or redistribution of such statements.

 

The Organizer applies restrictions on recording of the event; restrictions include, but are not limited to, the usage of audio recording, video recording, and photography by participants. Participants may use the Content solely for their own personal use and benefit and not for resale, distribution or other commercial purposes. Any request for permission to redistribute, republish or use for any other purpose any of the Content should be sent by email to the Organizer in advance, and the Organizer reserves the right to give or withhold approval as it deems fit.

 

By participating at AWE Asia 2023, you agree to waive, release, absolve and forever discharge the Organizer and its affiliates, their officers, agents and representatives from all and any responsibility, actions, claims, demands, obligations and/or liability arising from any loss or damage (including without limitation and to the extent permissible by law, physical injury, infection, loss of life or property damage) sustained by you or caused as a result of your participation in the Travel and Event, or the suspension or cancellation of AWE Asia 2023 due to a public health emergency.
