Training & Simulation Markets for Airline’s and Defence
While the defence S&T space is the most developed and is also at the leading edge of technology and training innovation, the airline community is growing at a tremendous rate.
The presentation will focus on airline expansion over the next 15 to 20 years in terms of people needed, current aircraft acquisition and what that mean for the airline sector and the passenger.
A view of initial training of new pilots, the daily training load, the future workforce, the types of devices in use today and what is coming; assuming the regulator can be persuaded!
Usage of XR devices in cabin crew, maintenance, and piloting, and across the airline system will be reviewed.
