Fariz Hanapiah is a VP of XRA committee board, TEDx Speaker, the co-founder and Creative Tech Director of Experiential Design Team (EDT), focusing on AR/VR Development and anything related to the future of the Metaverse. Fariz started to explore computer coding and programming – and created his first website – when he was thirteen. His love for arts and technology led him into the formation of EDT which started in 2018 focusing on real time graphics, virtual production, virtual worlds for the future of content consumption. Currently getting his skills into the new world of the metaverse and NFTs. His mission is to spread awareness about NFTs and the onboarding of good artists and organizations into NFTs and explore the endless possibilities of Web3 and the metaverse.

The panel will share the challenges related to user learning curve, content creation, and equipment maintenance. Ethical considerations around data privacy, security, and user safety will also be addressed for responsible and sustainable deployment of XR technology.
